>Isn’t it strange how just as i post about the prom, we get a letter about it? So, i am no longer as mystified as i was. To be honest, it isn’t really that strange since we were bound to get told wtf was going on at some point. Anyway, i thought why not tell everyone here what was going on too, so at a later date when i’m panicking you know why! Not to mention the hunt for a dress which will ensue, so expect a lot of pictures of the dresses i’m liking at the moment....

Our prom is at a local hotel, and it all sounds a bit posh to me, with what sounds like a very nice 2-3 course meal! That’s an up-side i suppose, but i also found out that we have to invite the teachers?! WHY???? Could it be more embarrassing! If you have any experience of teachers you know my problem!  Let’s just say, for some unknown reason the prom committee whose single function is to decide which teachers to invite have decided to invite the head of history, who’s known for being a bit batty! She’s from the past........ and the last time she was invited by a year group she got so drunk she decided to have a little paddle in the pond at the front of the hotel! What am i doing letting her determine whether i pass or fail gcse history with what she’s telling me!? Other than that i guess it’ll be a surprise to find out which other teachers (embarrassments) i’ll have to avoid for the entire night! It’ll definitely be funny though!

I’ll keep you posted in the meantime!

Now i reaaaally need to get back to work – i’m supposed to be revising for my GCSEs which start in a week or so!
